Experience-Driven Product Thinking

Why I Build

Building software taught me how to ship. Building a startup taught me what actually survives. I spent over two years working full-time on a product in real environments, where every decision carried long-term consequences.

That journey made it clear that most early-stage products fail not because of weak code, but because of poor validation, slow feedback loops, and avoidable complexity introduced too early.

Initia exists to counter that. It’s a focused initiative shaped by real mistakes and real execution—built to help founders and teams move faster, validate earlier, and build products that start on stronger ground.

Initia is a new initiative focused on helping founders and teams move from idea to working product faster, using practical engineering, automation, and battle-tested product patterns.

The project is shaped directly by my previous startup experience, with a strong emphasis on early validation, speed of execution, and reducing wasted effort before scale.

Initia prioritizes building real, usable systems—authentication, data models, workflows, and integrations—rather than disposable demos or slideware.

The approach blends hands-on development with product thinking, enabling technical founders to focus on outcomes, not just code.

Initia is being developed iteratively, starting with direct collaboration and real use cases, before evolving into more structured tools and offerings.

I spent over two years working full-time on building and deploying an education-tech startup, owning the product from concept to real-world use.

The journey exposed me to the full reality of entrepreneurship—where technical excellence meets market constraints, adoption challenges, and execution pressure.

Hands-on collaboration with schools, staff, students, and parents shaped my approach to building systems that must work in complex, real environments.

While the product didn’t scale into a sustainable business, the experience fundamentally sharpened my judgment as a founder and product builder.

These lessons now directly guide my future initiatives, with a stronger focus on validation, speed, and sustainable execution.
